hi!

I'm Georgia

I’m almost 9 years old and I started this project because I found out that the kids at our local emergency shelter need more kid friendly food! That made me really sad, and I wanted to do something to help.

So, I’m making things to sell, and when people buy them the money goes to help feed kids at the emergency shelter. It makes me happy to know that one kid (me!) can help other kids.

Thank you for supporting me and helping share kindness with kids!

Love always, Georgia

ABOUT THIS FUNDRAISER

Right now, about one-third of the residents at Grassroots Crisis Intervention Center are children. The shelter works every day to meet basic needs, and the volunteer coordinator shared that kid friendly food is one of the greatest needs.

Georgia wanted to do something to help. Through this fundraiser, every purchase and donation goes toward providing food for the kids at Grassroots, giving them comfort, care, and nourishment during a difficult time.

I know this is just the beginning of her journey in “Sharing Kindness with Kids,” but today, it starts with helping children at Grassroots feel supported and seen. 💛
