10 Bagged Lunches

Every day, Grassroots Emergency Shelter provides at least 35 bagged lunches to residents in need, many of whom are children, the crisis center, and to unhoused folks living on the streets. Your support ensures that each person receives a nutritious, ready-to-eat meal during a critical time in their lives.

Each bagged lunch includes:

• A freshly prepared sandwich (options: Turkey, Beef Bologna with Cheese, Roast Beef, Chicken Salad, Egg Salad, or Veggie – clearly labeled for easy distribution)

• Bottled water or 100% juice

• Potato chips or another bagged snack

• Cookies or a granola bar

• A piece of fruit or fruit cup (no bananas, please)

With a cost of just $3.50 per bag, your contribution allows us to provide lunch bags that directly provides nourishment, comfort, and stability for shelter residents. Together, we can make sure no one goes without a meal.
